One of the best amino supplements out there! I've tried grape, lemonade and orange! Grape and leomanade are amazing. Orange is just ok! The only con is its price.

the vanilla flavour wasnt amazing as stated on the tub however was alright. good for part time gymgoer. after 8 weights other people were noticing differences in my arms.
