Animal pak, well what can i say, they have been in this business for 26years, no other company out there could beat this, before using this mutivatamins i tho it was just a hype, i am not gonna say it has made me stronger, i dont see the difference to be honest, because am strong naturally, but it gives me peace of mind, and i feel good. i could miss a day without a shake, but not without it, because i know my nutritional demands are met.if you are an amateur or a pro, animal pak is a must, every comes after even protein, cant live without it now, always buy 3 tins of 44 at times. 1 pak a day great stuff A+++++++++

Well it does all what it says on the tin thats for sure, I take this with Animal M Stak and Animal Cut's along with Maximuscle Cyclone and I've never been such an Animal down the Gym. I Bench more Squat more, everything I pick up is more than I ever have if you want results give Animal products a try along with any good protein.

it's good there is no doubt about it but im a little bit concerned about passing the doping test before a competition when using this product..
