Health Aid Roman Chamomile Oil (Anthemis nobilis) is used in aromatherapy for its soothing and calming effect. It can be used in an oil burner or as a massage or bath oil. Health Aid Roman Chamomile Oil (Anthemis nobilis) can also be used to calm skin conditions such as acne, eczema and wounds.

A soothing and calming oil which may facilitate sleep. Excellent for skin care, especially sensitive and problematic skin. Very versatile in its application.

Chamomile Oil - Due to their rich aroma and fragrance, essential oils have been used since ancient times for their therapeutic and healing properties. Today, the art of using essential oils to promote health and well-being is called Aromatherapy.

Essential oils are highly versatile and can be used in a variety of ways such as room fragrances, bath oils, massage oils, perfumes, inhalations, natural preservatives and in cosmetic preparations.

HealthAid essential oils are pure and natural. Wherever possible, they are derived from wild-crafted sources then cold-pressed so that only the highest quality oils are extracted for our extensive range.
Directions
HealthAid pure essential oils can be used as essences in the bath or in vaporisers. They can also be used to make up your own massage blends having first diluted them in HealthAid massage oil base or lotion base. Best kept cool and used whithin one year of opening.

Warnings: Essential oils are generally intended for external use only. Cautions apply to the use of certain oils, especially during pregnancy.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Keep out of reach of children . Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as eyes. Always use pure oils with caution. If in doubt, consult qualified person before use.

Blends well with bergamot, clary sage, lavender, geranium, jasmine, tea tree, grapefruit, rose, lemon and ylang-ylang.
