Health Aid Cypress Oil (Cupressus sempervirens) is from the evergreen tree of ths same name and has a woody masculine aroma. It has a calming effect, soothing mood and emotion and acts as a vasoconstrictor to help staunch nose bleeds, wound bleeding and heavy menstruation. Health Aid Cypress Oil (Cupressus sempervirens) also has antispasmodic properties to help with asthma, whooping cough, bronchitis, colds and flu.

Directions
HealthAid pure essential oils can be used as essences in the bath or in vaporisers. They can also be used to make up your own massage blends having first diluted them in HealthAid massage oil base or lotion base. Best kept cool and used whithin one year of opening.
Warnings: Essential oils are generally intended for external use only. Cautions apply to the use of certain oils, especially during pregnancy. For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Keep out of reach of children . Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as eyes. Always use pure oils with caution. If in doubt, consult qualified person before use.
Burners and vaporizers - For all breathing difficulty, such as asthma, emphysema, whooping cough and bronchitis. It also helps to calm the mind and dispel anger. Blended massage oil or in the bath - For arthritis, asthma, cellulite, cramps, diarrhea, sweaty feet, rheumatism, varicose veins, heavy menstruation and menopause. Lotions and creams - For varicose and broken veins, as well as clearing an oily and congested skin. Cold compress - Used diluted on a cold compress, it is very effective for a nosebleed. Foot bath - If it is added to a footbath, it will help control perspiration with it astringent and deodorant properties.
Cypress oil blends well with bergamot, clary sage, lavender, juniper, pine, marjoram, sandalwood, Rosemary, Frankincense and all the citrus oils.
