Health Aid Ho Leaf Oil (Cinnamomum camphora) is a slightly spicy, woody yet sweet scented oil. As a traditional aromatherapy remedy it is used to calm and soothe. Health Aid Ho Leaf Oil (Cinnamomum camphora) can also be added to a base cream to make an effective foot cream.

A balancing and calming oil with a clean, sweet and floral-woody aroma, used for nerve and skin support. Add to massage oil to help combat tired muscles, especially after vigorous exercise.

Due to their rich aroma and fragrance, essential oils have been used since ancient times for their therapeutic and healing properties. Today, the art of using essential oils to promote health and well-being is called Aromatherapy.

Essential oils are highly versatile and can be used in a variety of ways such as room fragrances, bath oils, massage oils, perfumes, inhalations, natural preservatives and in cosmetic preparations.

HealthAid essential oils are pure and natural. Wherever possible, they are derived from wild-crafted sources then cold-pressed so that only the highest quality oils are extracted for our extensive range.
Directions
HealthAid pure essential oils can be used as essences in the bath or in vaporisers. They can also be used to make up your own massage blends having first diluted them in HealthAid massage oil base or lotion base. Best kept cool and used whithin one year of opening.

Warnings: Essential oils are generally intended for external use only. Cautions apply to the use of certain oils, especially during pregnancy. For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Keep out of reach of children . Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as eyes. Always use pure oils with caution. If in doubt, consult qualified person before use.

Skincare - As a general tonic for the body is relieves fatigue so is a good choice is massage lotions and oil blends especially after excercise.

Haircare - Add to shampoo to help treat psoriasis and eczema as well as dermatitis of the scalp.

Can be blended with fragonia to make a foot cream and with helichrysum in shampoos for dermatitis.
