Health Aid Mandarin Oil (Citrus nobilis) is a sweet tangy smelling oil that is soothing to the nervous system. It can be used to ease digestive complaints such as IBS and Colitis, easing flatulence, diarrhea and constipation and can reduce fluid retention. Health Aid Mandarin Oil (Citrus nobilis) helps skin to remain elastic and can therefore be of benefit in reducing the look of stretch marks.

A milder and more gentle citrus aroma. Useful for maintaining skin elasticity and often used by women during pregnancy to prevent stretch marks.

Due to their rich aroma and fragrance, essential oils have been used since ancient times for their therapeutic and healing properties. Today, the art of using essential oils to promote health and well-being is called Aromatherapy.

Essential oils are highly versatile and can be used in a variety of ways such as room fragrances, bath oils, massage oils, perfumes, inhalations, natural preservatives and in cosmetic preparations.

HealthAid essential oils are pure and natural. Wherever possible, they are derived from wild-crafted sources then cold-pressed so that only the highest quality oils are extracted for our extensive range.
Directions
HealthAid pure essential oils can be used as essences in the bath or in vaporisers. They can also be used to make up your own massage blends having first diluted them in HealthAid massage oil base or lotion base. Best kept cool and used whithin one year of opening.

Warnings: Essential oils are generally intended for external use only. Cautions apply to the use of certain oils, especially during pregnancy. For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Keep out of reach of children . Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as eyes. Always use pure oils with caution. If in doubt, consult qualified person before use.

How to use:
Burners and vaporizers - In vapor therapy, tangerine oil can help with soothing the nervous system and thereby reduce stress and tension, while also boosting the digestive system.
Blended massage oil or in the bath - As a blended massage oil or diluted in the bath, tangerine oil can assist the nervous system, reduce flatulence, diarrhea, constipation, and other digestive complaints, but also increase circulation to the skin, reduce fluid retention and help prevent stretch marks.
Cream or lotion - In a lotion or cream, it is used to help prevent stretch marks when pregnant, while increasing circulation and reducing fluid retention.

Mandarin oil blends well with bergamot, cinnamon, clary sage, clove, frankincense, lavender, nutmeg and neroli.
