Health Aid Yarrow Oil (Achillea millefolium) has a sweet spicy aroma. It helps with circulatory disorders, menstrual irregularities, digestive problems and eases stress and insomnia. Health Aid Yarrow Oil (Achillea millefolium) can also be used to treat skin problems such as rashes, scars and eczema.

Opens the skins pores and aids to purify the bloods and is therefore recommended in the early stages of children's colds, in measles and other eruptive problems. Excellent oily skin cleanser, and good for stress related disorders. May cause irritation to sensitive skin. Avoid if pregnant.

Due to their rich aroma and fragrance, essential oils have been used since ancient times for their therapeutic and healing properties. Today, the art of using essential oils to promote health and well-being is called Aromatherapy.

Essential oils are highly versatile and can be used in a variety of ways such as room fragrances, bath oils, massage oils, perfumes, inhalations, natural preservatives and in cosmetic preparations.

Directions

Burners and vaporizers - In vapor therapy, yarrow oil can help with stress, insomnia and digestive problems.
Blended oil or in the bath - As a blended massage oil or diluted in the bath, yarrow oil can help with varicose veins, hemorrhoids, menstruation problems, digestive disorders, hypertension, stress and skin conditions.

Yarrow oil blends well with angelica, cedarwood, oak moss and verbena.
