I would strongly advise against this Omega 3 supplement. Each capsule has 1000 mg of fish oil concentrate, of which only 210 mg is EPA and 150 mg DHA. These two are the 'real deal' fatty acids, and the rest of the concentrate, unfortunately, has no proven effect (see Noreen et al. 2009).
Any serious athlete will shy away from this.
