I have tried this oil for a long period now and I really helps me alot. My joints feels alot better now and there are no pain in them! And It is healty. BTW it taste allright, compared with other brands than Udos choice.

The evolution of Flora's highly sophisticated oil pressing plant allows the production of fresh, cold-pressed flax oil, which is unrefined, non-deodorized and pressed from certified organically grown flax.

How to include Flax Oil in your diet:

Pour over freshly made pasta or salad as a dressing mixed with lemon juice
Add a dessertspoon to breakfast oatmeal
Try on your baked potato instead of butter
Mix with a small amount of fruit juice and drink like a shot
Include in your protein shakes
Mix into rice
Directions
How to take Flax Oil
Include around 1 to 3 tablespoons (15-45ml) of fresh flax oil per day.

Take it straight from the spoon, or preferably, mixed in with food.

Should be kept refrigerated at all times.

Do not heat/cook with flax oil.

Once opened, best to consume within eight weeks.

The pressing and expiry dates are stamped on each bottle to ensure freshness.

The shelf life is six months refrigerated, or one year frozen.
