- Surprisingly Effective!

I have been meaning to give fish oils a go for a while but haven't got round to it until this week. The effect has been quite remarkable and a surprise! I have a busy life with a demanding job and three young children and had just accepted feeling very lethargic every day as being par for the course. That was until I started taking this product. I have two twice a day and I feel rejuvenated, this has enabled me to train daily and still perform well in every other area of my life. Above all else feeling alert and energised is a real boost for morale!! I can't recommend these enough.

I started taking the Udo's Choice oil three times a day with my protein shake. Found the oil helped me stay lean and has even made my midrift more defined and reduced my bodyfat percentage. However not too sure if this is due to working out every day doing cardio and weights on alternate days. In all I rate this product and am buying the capsules because the oil almost made me throw up every time i took a spoonful. Definitely check this product out if your looking for fat loss and its relatively cheap!

I've been using the bottled oil now for a few months and have seen amazing results in terms of skin tone/elasticity but also weight loss.
I bought the capsules to take with me on holiday and I would recommend everyone lese to do the same. Really easy to take and give the same great benefits of the bottled oil.
Also brilliant for taking a few capsules with you if you are going out for a meal and you usually take the oil at meal times.
The perfect, portable healthy oil. A holiday MUST HAVE!
