Granovita Linusit Gold can be added to cereals or other foods or can be used to make a tea.

Linseeds are rich in fibre and essential fatty acids. The seeds are neither ground nor crushed, but are split open, thereby retaining all its natural effective substances. This unique cracking process enables the seeds to release the soothing mucins, coating the stomach walls and digestive tract, and to swell in the intestine, not the stomach, for maximun benefit.
