Health Aid Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg + Vitamin E is a high dosage supplement to give you the optimum benefit from these Fatty Acids. Evening Primrose Oil has been shown to be beneficial to a number of conditions such as PMS, menopause, ADHD, cardiovascular health, CFS and diabetic neuropathy. Health Aid Evening have added Vitamin E to Primrose Oil 1000mg + Vitamin E, as this is also believed to be of benefit to the heart, as well as the eyes, nervous system and cognitive function.

Evening Primrose Oil is useful in maintaining the skin’s natural moisture level to give it a smooth silky look. A higher strength EPO capsule for those needing the 3000mg daily that is recommended for many of the more significant health benefits of the product. Also contains 200% RDA of vitamin E.

Taken internally, Evening primrose oil is converted in the body to postoglandins. These are important biological regulators involved with the body’s metabolic processes, such as cell growth, tissue regeneration and other vital functions.

Vitamin E function as a natural antioxidant of polyunsaturates in tissue fats and protects vital nutrients such as vitamin A and unsaturated fatty acids from oxidation, thereby maintaining healthy cells and skin. It can be beneficial for people who have very dry skin, such as in eczema conditions. It is a direct source of Gamma Linolenic Acid.
Directions
Take one capsule daily as a dietary supplement. Can be increased to two daily if required.

Evening primrose oil: 1000mg
Which provides:
Gamma linolenic acid: 100mg
Vitamin E (30iu): 20mg
