Health Aid Evening Primrose Oil Pure EPO Oil 10% GLA can be applied directly to the skin or taken as a supplement. Applied to the skin it can help sensitive, dry itchy skin or that prone to rosacea, acne, eczema and sunburn and can be used as a supplement to aid cardiovascular health as well as act as an anti inflammatory for conditions such as PMS and arthritis. Health Aid Evening Primrose Oil Pure EPO Oil 10% GLA is a great value oil as it can be used in a variety of ways for numerous health benefits.

Pure Evening Primrose oil is useful in maintaining the skin's natural moisture levels to give it a smooth, silky, soft look. Taken internally, Evening primrose oil is converted in the body to postoglandins. These are important biological regulators involved with the body's metabolic processes, such as cell growth, tissue regeneration and other vital functions.

Vitamin E function as a natural antioxidant of polyunsaturates in tissue fats and protects vital nutrients such as vitamin A and unsaturated fatty acids from oxidation, thereby maintaining healthy cells and skin.

It can be beneficial for people who have very dry skin, such as in eczema conditions and is a direct source of Gamma Linolenic Acid.
Directions
This oil can be applied directly to the skin twice a day or take fifteen drops a day as a food supplement.
Warnings: Evening primrose oil should not be given to patients with epilepsy, and only after a consultation with a physician should it be given to children
