Have You Considered
- Best For Pancakes And Puds
Frances, UK 03/05/2010
This is now our 'go to' syrup for pancakes, baking and puds. If you've ever made sticky toffee pud or flapjacks with this you will NEVER go back to the other option :o)
Plus, if you stir it into plain yoghurt with a dab of vanilla extract and pour it on fresh fruit noone will ask you for another type of yoghurt ever again LOL

Sweet Freedom Dark has a deeper more intense flavour - lovely for porridge and spreading on toast instead of honey and using generally in place of honey and golden syrup (it has a lower GL and fewer calories). Use either for sweetening tart fruits and yoghurt, making 'no added sugar' (crystalline) cakes, sponge puddings, flapjacks, brownies, cheesecakes, granola, desserts, sauces, custards, dressings, jams, lemon curd, chutneys, pickles, ice cream and ice lollies. Also perfect for stir fries and to add extra taste to your savoury cooking and glazing for BBQ's.
Preparation: You can use 25 - 50% less gram for gram than you would sugar so a little goes a long way. In baking we recommend a maximum oven temperature of 180 degrees Centigrade. You will find the top down, squeezy 'always ready to go' bottle a pleasure to use and the drip free cap means no mess, stickiness or annoying drips ... it's squeezy heaven.
Storage: You can store Sweet Freedom at room temperature, no need to refrigerate - we keep ours on the kitchen worktop - nice and handy.
