This refreshing tea contains three types of stimulating ginseng and works to increase the body's resistance to stress. Dr Stuarts Triple Ginseng Tea also contains Lemongrass, which is known for its calming effect and its ability to reduce insomnia and stress.

This unique blend of three ginsengs - Brazililan, Korean and Siberian - and the zing of lemongrass gives you extra vitality to see you through those hectic times in your life, when you have a busy schedule or workload.
Directions
This tea makes a refreshing cup of tea for anytime of the day but if you fancy something different why not have a try at making Dr Stuarts Get up and Go drink - recipe below:

GET UP AND GO! A really high fibre, energy drink, to get you going
250ml of Dr Stuart’s Triple Ginseng Tea (Steep four teabags in boiling water for 30 minutes. Squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content)
250ml milk
2 bananas (peeled)
1 mango and 1 peach
2 tablespoons vanilla yoghurt
2 teaspoons honey
Peel and de-stone the mango and peach then slice. Put in a blender, combine milk, banana,mango, peach, yoghurt and honey. Add the tea and blend until smooth.
Ingredients
Lemon Grass, Chamomile, Hibiscus Flowers, Peppermint, Brazilian Ginseng (5%), Korean Ginseng (5%), Siberian Ginseng (5%).
