Directions
Drink 6 cups of Slender Pu'erh Tea per day (each teabag makes 2 cups) and maintain use of the tea until you have achieved your target weight. The average weight loss is 1lb a day (when used as part of a calorie controlled diet with regular exercise).The tea metabolises fat helping you to lose weight. It also helps lower cholesterol and has a mildly stimulating effect on your digestive tract.

To make tea:
1. Steep the teabag for one and a half minutes - Keep the teabag and re-use as follows;
2. Steep the teabag for two and a half minutes - Throw away the teabag.


You are encouraged to eat three healthy meals a day. Do not skp meals but have a cup of Slender Pu Erh Tea with your meals. Walking 30 minutes a day will also enhance results, as well as increasing your metabolism naturally. Those with a very low metabolism may need to use two boxes before results will show.
