Bright Mood is a delicious herb and spice infusion, believed in Ayurveda to lift the spirits and ease the stresses and strains of everyday life. This recipe includes basil and hops, which have been used traditionally to balance mood swings and maintain a harmonious daily life. Other herbs like fennel, cinnamon and fenugreek are combined according to Ayurvedic tradition, to sustain emotions and provide tranquility.
Directions
For a perfect infusion, pour 300 ml of freshly boiled water over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 4 to 6 minutes - or longer for a stronger flavour. Gently squeeze the teabag to let the active ingredients fully release into the water.
