Directions
To assess your tolerance take 2 tablets on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Then take 2 tablets on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before a meal or training approximately 4-5 hours later. If tolerable, take 2 tablets twice daily or 4 prior to training.
