Lifeplan Sea Kelp is a sea vegetable packed full of vitamins and minerals. It supplies the body with Iodine, Iron, Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Vitamin A and Niacin, as well as being a source of protein. Lifeplan Sea Kelp can help to improve thyroid function, increasing metabolism and energy to boost weight loss, and may assist in supporting a healthy immune system and brain development.

These tablets are made using finest quality wild sea kelp, a naturally rich marine source of iodine. Iodine is an essential constituent of thyroid factors which help control the metabolic rate of the body. Calcium is an essential mineral necessary for the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, normal muscle function and normal blood clotting.
Directions
As a supplement, take two tablets daily, preferably with a little liquid before food.

Warnings: Pregnant women and people with thyroid disorders should consult their doctor before taking this product. Kelp is not suitable for children.

Powdered sea kelp: 400mg
