- Really Improve Sleep When Training Late..

I work hard, Train Hard and as much as possible follow a Low Carb & Hi Protein Diet. I find these to have inproved my sleep / rest and keep things on a positive straight & narrow! If you train late in the day and stay a bit too fired up to get to bed at a decent hour, these really help,:-) ZZZzzzzzzz
