I bought this product mainly to use for PMS, but also understand it is also benifial for the adrenal glands and genral stress and anxiety as well as intestinal complaints. Magnesium is known as the 'Anti Anxiety' mineral and I have to say it does the job and is so under rated, my hormones and mood felt alot calmer while taking this.

Suitable for vegetarians.


Magnesium is an important element that is required to maintain many of the body's metabolic processes, muscle concentration, nerve function and energy metabolism. It is also involved in calcium deposition in the bones. Floradix Magnesium liquid is easy to take and helps safeguard magnesium intake. As the magnesium is already dissolved it is absorbed more quickly by the digestive system compared to tablets. Additionally, Floradix Magnesium contains honey, several fruit juice concentrates and selected herbs which aid the absorption of magnesium and help maintain a healthy digestion. Floradix Magnesium is particularly beneficial for young people during periods of growth, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers as well as sportsmen and women. Floradix magnesium contains no alcohol, chemical preservations and colourings and is suitable for vegetarians.
