B vitamins including vitamins B6 and B12, iron and zinc play a role in helping to maintain healthy brain function. Iron is known to be essential for normal brain function and is especially important in relation to brain development, learning and memory. Iron is an essential part of the haemoglobin found in red blood cells. It facilitates the delivery of oxygen from the lungs to all body tissues including the brain. Iron is also a cofactor for several enzymes involved in energy metabolism.
As well as learning and behaviour, zinc is involved in many body processes including DNA and RNA synthesis, protein and carbohydrate metabolism, bone growth, integrity of the skin, a co-factor in many enzymes and also plays an important role in the immune system.
Wellkid® Baby & Infant liquid, as well as being a balanced multivitamin also provides a source of omega-3 fatty acids derived from flaxseed oil.
Wellkid® Baby & Infant liquid, contains 500mg Swiss Alpine malt per spoonful as a natural energy source. A growing infants body also requires B vitamins including B1, B2 and folic acid so that it can convert carbohydrates from the food like malt into energy.
Wellkid® Baby & Infant liquid includes vitamin D3 and minerals such zinc to help support the health of rapidly growing bones and teeth.

Directions
Babies (3 to 6 months): 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily
Infants(7 months to 5 years): 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily
Take after feeding. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Wash and dry the spoon thoroughly after use (not in a steam steriliser).
Wellkid® Baby & Infant liquid has been specially formulated and is therefore ideal for babies and young children. Do not use if the bottle seal is broken on purchase, once opened use within 3 months. Shake well before use.
