Health Aid Vitamin C Chewable is a convenient and tasty way to get this popular vitamin. The benefits of Vitamin C have been well-documented, not only does it have antioxidant activity, it can boost immune system health preventing colds and viral infections. Health Aid Vitamin C Chewable can also help to improve skin conditions and is suitable from the age of 4.

HealthAid Vitamin C is specially formulated with Rosehip and Acerola to give a buffered tablet that does not irritate the stomach and is rapidly absorbed. Vitamin C plays a vital role in maintaining healthy teeth, gums, skin, connective tissue and bones. It also functions as am antioxidant and may help to maintain healthy cells and blood vessels.
Health-Aid Vitamin C is specially formulated with Rosehip and Acerola to give a buffered tablet that does not irritate the stomach and is easily absorbed. Vitamin C is not stored in the body, so daily intake is essential.
Directions
Children 4 to 12 years of age one tablet daily, Children over 12 years and adults one to two tablet daily as a food supplement. Tablet can be sucked, chewed or swallowed whole.
In certain cases taking very high doses can cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. Reducing the intake reverses the effect.
Serving Amount
Per tablet:
Vitamin C: 500mg
Of which:
Ascorbic acid: 309mg
Sodium ascorbate: 224mg
Rosehip powder: 25mg
Acerola powder: 25mg
Ingredients
Vitamin C ( Sodium Ascorbate, Ascorbic Acid ), Bulking agent ( Sorbitol ), Rosehip Powder, Acerola Powder, Anti caking agent ( *Stearic Acid, *Magnesium Stearate ), Orange Neorome, Sodium Saccharin, Natural Colour ( Orange lake - 315405 ).
