Was previously on antibiotics for acne which worked well, but you can't be on them forever. With summer hotting up, my acne reappeared and I turned to this natural remedy for help. I was sceptical at first, but taking 2-3 of these spaced out throughout the day really helps! My acne is much reduced, and leaves an overall glow. It works as one of the main ingredients is a diuretic which helps clean toxin from your blood, and fight bacterial (p.acnes) growth.

Directions
Adults: Take one HRI Clear Complexion Tablets two or three times a day.
Children over 12 years of age: Take one HRI Clear Complexion Tablet twice a day.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if, symptoms persist.
