I've tried other things (herbal and prescription) and this is the only This is the only product that I have found which works with my fluid retention. As this is a herbal product it means I can take it all the time as there are no side effects. When taking this product I don't feel sluggish, I feel lighter, my skin is clear and I don't feel weighted down. I definately recommend this product to any woman who feels bloated before a period! Thanks to HRI for a wonderful product and to Discount Supplements to having it on their e-store as I can't buy this product in New Zealand.
