Directions
Take one tablet per day with or immediately after your main meal (not breakfast), with a full glass of water or a cold drink. It should not be taken on an empty stomach. A general multivitamin is not necessary in addition. Perfectil may be used for as long as required, and a regular intake is recommended.

Natural colouring: Iron oxide. Folacin( as folic acid ), potassium iodide, selenium (as sodium selenate ), chromium glycine chelate, biotin, vitamin B12 ( as cyanocobalamin prep ), vitamin D ( as cholecalciferol prep).
