This was my first try on Soy Isolate instead of Whey or Casein proteins. The first thing I noticed was how 'fluffy' the protein powder was compared to the more dense Whey powder.
Mixing it was very simple, as was drinking it (I took it with water). The powder is flavorless -entirely- and I think you could get bored of it very quickly if just mixing with water each time. It is possible to mix it with a juice or milk (a Soy milk is the obvious choice though).
It will take a week or so to see how I react to this supplement, but first reaction is good. Just prefer if there were flavors available.
