PowerBar Muscle Up contains 3 sources of protein and carbohydrates. This provides the body with the nutrients it needs to build muscle mass and recover quickly after training or competing. It is recommended that PowerBar Muscle Up is taken within 30 minutes after excercise.

Muscle Up supplies the body with an ideal mixture of 3 high quality protein sources after training: Whey Protein, Casein & Soy (Trisource) – these promote healing of muscle damage and supply new stimuli and building materials for further muscle building. In addition, the quickly accessible Carbohydrates provide efficient and quick recharge of drained glycogen stores after exercise. Studies show that within the first 30 (to 60) minutes after exercise, glycogen is stored twice as quickly with early absorption of sufficient carbohydrate energy, compared to intake delayed by an hour.
