What Is Delivery Express?

If you select 'Delivery Express' as your shipping option we will guarantee next working day delivery on your order.

Please note:
The 'Delivery Express' option is only available for UK Mainland orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday.
Discount Supplements guarantee is limited to the amount paid for the next day delivery.

Our standard delivery service usually takes 1-3 days.

Shipping Charges

All orders delivered to the UK, France and Ireland are delivered on an insured service for free!
Orders sent to the UK are sent on a 1-3 working day delivery service.
This may be upgraded to next working day delivery for a small charge.

Orders sent to France and Ireland are sent on a 2-5 working day service.

Orders over £50 are delivered to Denmark for free.

All International orders above £200 (€250) are delivered on an insured service for FREE! Lower value international orders (except France and Ireland) receive subsidised shipping rates that are automatically calculated by the shopping cart.

Please note, items despatched by Royal Mail First Class may be subject to a waiting period before they can be classified as lost.

Delivery Times

Discount Supplements cannot guarantee delivery times, however these are some general guidelines:
UK: Usually take 1 - 3 working days.
EU: Usually take 4 -7 working days, depending on the country.
Rest Of World: Usually 2 - 3 weeks.

France will normally take a little less time and Greece a little more.

For international orders below 2kg, customers may choose the following options:

International Airmail
Recorded International Airmail

The International Airmail option is free. However it is un-trackable and uninsured. Therefore Discount Supplements is not liable for any lost or damaged shipments.

We recommend all international customers pay the surcharge for Recorded International Airmail. This is insured and Discount Supplements will guarantee successful delivery of undamaged goods.*

* Please note, Discount Supplements will not be liable for any customs seizures. Refunds will only be given in instances where the order has been returned to us. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds given to under these circumstances.

All International orders above 2kg's are sent by International courier services.

Please note that all customers outside of the EU may have to pay local import duties / sales taxes on the value of their order. Discount Supplements are not liable for any import duties or fees associated with the importation of goods/orders.
