Hi,Not a bad Product, in terms of pricing and the kg size. I have only used this for over a week now so can not really say much about supporting lean muscle growth, but I did notice it helped with my post workout at boxing. Quite a good serving of protein also.I got Bananna flavour and I am sorry to say it is mighty hard to mix and get rid of the lumps, the taste isnt that bad though... Perhaps more water but do not wish to water down the ingrediants further.Discount Supplements service was excellent from communication right through to delivery, supurbly packaged!Will be buying my creatine and other items from here!

Good product overall. Low fat and carbs and mixes really well. You will be hard pushed to find Whey at a cheaper price.I chose Vanilla... it was ok for about a week and now is horrible! I dread my post workout shake. One of my friends bout the Strawberry and its excellent :). Tastes just like strawberry milk when mixed and a doubt people would be able to tell that it is in fact a sports supplement. I am now buying a tub of strawberry and am going to mix it with my vanilla to take away the horrible taste. I will be buying this product again. Just not the Vanilla!
