Iv just finished my first tub of artic berry the taste is great it that good that I look forward to drinking it. Iv been taking it how suggested on the tub and it's worked alongside a 6 day gym and kickboxing plan with a strict healthy diet. I took this product stacked with no-xplode the recovery was brilliant, although sometimes you want that feeling in the morning that you have worked hard in the gym. Will be ordering lots more.

Iv recently started using BSN cellmass and it is by far the best out there,iv also been taking BSN syntha 6 with the cellmass and is a good combo i would defo recommend both taste amazing you wont be dissapointed, i have seen amazing results in my strength and muscle definition, i will deffinatly buy these 2 products over and over again ....
