It is a good option for people who uses 20gr+ daily of glutamine due to its price.I like to take it in three divided doses: in the morning, during workout (plus BCAA, vitargo and creatine) and 1 hour after workout...It definitivelly helps with recovery being an effective anti-catabolic product.
