this really is a great product, not only is it endorsed by many celebrities, but for under £30 its a bargain, virtually lactose free, and mixes great with water, if you really want a treat have it with a bit of milk, thats lush ! i normally have one in the morning one after training and one before i go bed. i gained half a stone in size training from september to xmas via strength and healthy eating mixed in with this prduct, 5 star !
