Whey-Gain only uses the best ingredients, mixed chain maltodextrins as a source of carbohydrate and whey protein concentrate from cross flow, microfiltered and ion exchange whey with the advantage of added vitamins and minerals. It has an axcellent amino acid profile (10g of amino acids per serving) is virtually lactose free and is the natural choice for any athlete training to add mass and strength.
A serving mixed with skimmed milk, taken 3 times daily, will provide 150grams of amino acid rich protein and over 250 grams of complex carbohydrates.
Directions
Add 100gm (4 level scoops) to 560ml (1 Pint) of cold skimmed milk or cold water, blend, ready for use.
