reflex zinc matrix is a brilliant cheap priced product great for sleep i take it at 11pm then at 11:30pm take my protein shake gives u really good deep sleeps and iv notice some size increase as well

This is a classic ZMA product that is fairly cheap. You can't go wrong with ZMA. However, if you don't mind taking zinc and magnesium separately you might be better off.
