So far so good. Tastes lovely and is quite filling if you have the recommended serving. Fast delivery. Only been using One Stop Xtreme for 2 days now and instantly on my first workout I felt the difference. Only time will tell whether or not I gain considerable size but so far its looking like a fantastic product! I highly recommend it!

taste (not as important to me) is nice, gained few kg, dont know how to explain i just feel and see the difference compare to the other all in ones (using it just after workout).. this product really does give you what you expect .. highly recomended

I've been using this product for 5 weeks now and i have gained some size quite quickly seeing that i only take it after workouts 3 times a week.I have increases in strength and endurance and the strawberry flavour is excellent, i would highly recommend this product .

Directions
Mix 145g (approximately four and a half level 60ml measures) with 400ml water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup or blender.
Daily Serving: Take one serving mid morning between meals and one after your workout. On non training days take one serving mid morning between meals and one mid afternoon between meals.
