well i tried it for 2 months. i got around 3kg+ in muscles, but the only shitty thing is the taste !! honestly i stopped it because of the taste. its like opening radiator cap and drinking!!same taste. Enjoy :)

I wouldn't recommend this product at all,as i tried that in summer too for 8 weeks,instead of using my favourite mix of BCAA,glutamin,glucose&dextrose,whey isolate after work out i gave chance to Anator and was seriously dissapointed at it,too pricy and no result at all,soon i got back to my suplementation routine after work out my size improved rapidly again.I'm 96kg,10.5% BF,working out 4 times a week, eating solid 6-7 meals a day,plus 3 cardio sessions a week,been doing BB 4 years very strictly and one know sure,let's keep it simple, heavy and don't waste money on total bullshit;)

got mjne from tesco ok they cost me 30 quid but id thought id give em a go. i took 6 a day for a week,end they did work i did lose a bit of energy to start but that was cos i was burning my fat off,but the second week i was fine . ive cut down to three a day now untill my tub runs out then we will see what happens when i stop taking themi keep you posted stuart nwlc northampton
