Been using Gakic for a couple of weeks now. Certainly gives my workout a big boost. I feel I can do heavier weighs and more reps. I only taking 4 tablets rather than then 8 recommended.
The only issue is that I find that if I take after about 3pm, I don't sleep so well at night.

Just a useless compund that has already been proven to make almost no difference by many studies. the studies by Muscletech are bogus. They give no real refs, no names... no good info. Only sales driven.
