Once again, like the vitamins from Reflex which ive tried, this is another fantastically solid product. Saw recovery and lean muscle improvement gains after a few days, like the comment before hand, a must for serious weight trainers.

By taking Reflex Nutrition BCAAs before and after exercise you can increase nitrogen retention, boost protein synthesis, and protect your muscles from the stress and trauma of heavy exercise.
Directions
Take 6 capsules 30-40 mins before training, and another 6 capsules immediately after training.
