I was initially tempted by this, but looking at the ingredients, there appears to be nothing in this that is an acive ingredient. Virtually all of it is anti-oxidants and amino acids. Pre-cursors yes, but unless your diet is deficient there is no point in taking this. Gains by definition with this will never be great. Shame, really.

GH Max helps you get the most out of GH with its select blend of GH secretatogues, vitamins, plant sterols, boron and other nutrients. And only GH Max provides the pharmacologically-proven 2:1 ratio of amino acid blend to ornithine.
Directions
Take six tablets daily on an empty stomach. Take 4 tablets before workouts and another 2 tablets immediately before bedtime. On non-training days take 2 tablets in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 2 before bedtime.
