Iv'e had this before only at 2.5kg my two sons and myself use this and obviously like it cos we're getting it in the 5kg weight. it dissolves easily, and I know it sounds daft but considering it's not supposed to have a taste, it tastes pretty good too. it works as well as any complex carbs iv'e had before, and it's great value for money.
