I managed to grab this on offer at about £12 for 4.5kg. Its not the best stuff i've ever tried, it doesnt mix the same way protein does. I find it works better if i pour the carbs in ontop of the protein / liquid which I have already mixed. If you add water to the carbs in the shaker it tends to forms lots of little sticky sweet lumps which take A LOT of shaking to get rid of.Combining this with optimum health whey protein, creatine has made a big difference to my workout. Certainly noticed a big increased in weight, and not from fat or water retention.

i mixx it with my Optimum Health ultimate whey protein...it doesnt mix very well in the shaker but i think thats cos i mix 2 scoops with 2 scoops lol...the tub is huge but mine says 2.5kg on when i ordered 4.5kg tub but it feels like 4.5kg so i think its a printing error :)

I bought the item but discovered it has no taste: is it ok? I mean, i cannot distinguish water AND water+carbo (no color and no taste differences)
