I agree, the taste is rank! And the loading phase is hard going. I do feel it is working for me so its worth while carrying on. Though i have had worse, but maximuscle, work on the flavour.

I found this product to be great. the taste isnt amazing but you get used to it. taken correctly I noticed and other people noticed I was bigger and had definition. It also decreases recovery time significantly and increases appetite so eating correctly is a must. if taken right the results are great! note: if not taken right it wont do much for you.

I wasn't able to use this product for long enough to see the results. It took a lot of effort to take it the 5 or so times that I did, because the flavour was absolutely disgusting.

Directions
