Solid creatine product. I noticed an increase in amount of weight lifted each session. After about 4 weeks noticed excellent muscle gain with very little( If any) water retention. My body fat also appears to have dropped as i appear more ripped.I also notice more vascularity when i lift, VEINS EVERYWHERE!!. The product is expensive......But well worth the outlay. I will buy this again for sure!!

Directions
