Been taking this for the last 3 mnths and still no noticable results compared to any other creatine sup. Taken before.....after the 3rd month gave up and moved to Uni creatine chews.... Still waiting on the big bang.... I think this excercise thing is a conspiracy to extort money from the vain and low esteemed

Normally I love MUSCLE TECH products but this product is really bad. I get stomarch of this because of the high dextrose (75%).
