Got some strength gains but found these tables bloated me out puting two inches on around waist and give me cramps,better products on the market

This product is superb. I have really noticed the change and am so far happy with the results. The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is because the 'loading period' is pretty harsh at 10 tabs a day and the tabs are huge! Afterwards its the 2 a day which can still be a little harsh but is better than the 10. If you can put up with the size of the tabs then you should be ok and who can argue with the great price of the product?! Hope it works for you too.

cant get much better for the price, not the best stuff i have had but it does work an is pretty good value for money.
