The gasket is bad. Unable to close the bag when it has been opened ... The powder makes the drink feel really dry, This product is new to me so still I cant tell anything about the power, guess I wont feel any difference before later. Anyway. The delivery was quick and free. It was at sale so the price was low and thats allways good :3

if i was to knock this product i would have to say that the 1kg order is just made up of 2x 500g bags which i wasnt expecting. service was great as always however i spent £60+ on my order and recieved no free coil shaker?

Optimum Health Ultimate Creatine helps to enhance protein synthesis. It can also be of benefit in recovery after exercise and reducing the effects of lactic acid. Optimum Health Ultimate Creatine can be of benefit to all whatever your sport.

Creatine monohydrate is the worlds most widely used and popular sports supplement. Body builders, power athletes and endurance athletes can benefit by including creatine as part of their training, nutrition and supplementation plan. Combine with resistance (weight) training or intensive, short bursts of power training (such as sprinting) for best results.
Directions
Loading phase: For the first 5 days of use, take one serving 4 times daily. Thereafter, use as follows:
Pre training: Take one serving (1 rounded teaspoon) 30 – 45 minutes before training with fruit juice or a carbohydrate energy drink.
Post training: Take one serving with fruit juice drink, a carbohydrate energy drink or a recovery drink.
Rest days: Take two servings per day, one with breakfast and one with your evening meal.

Hydration: Ensure that you drink at least 6 pints of water per day when using creatine. During hot weather when training for over two hours per day, this should be increased by 3 to 5 more pints.
