I 've used this stuff for 6 months in combination with Optimum Nutrition Gold whey protein and am in the best shape of my life! I increased my bench P.B. by 10%, have quicker recovery and better energy levels. Muscles are rounder and fuller and I'm much more ripped too! Very pleasing considering I'm at the age of 51. I believe in this stuff and recommend it to anyone doing ANY type of training. Eat it every day!!
