I have been training for 25yrs in total naow and have tried several diffrent products but the only creatine that i find works for me is this one (Prolab). I gain significant strength, size and endurance when taking it (i.e - bench increases from 140kg to 160kg) when used. An Amazing product, but difficult to find where i live.

Directions
