Been taking this product for about 2 weeks and even other people r noticing the difference already. Maximum gains in little time (water retention) and able to lift alot more each week. Great price, Great mixing with water and lighting fast delivery as always
- Didn''t Work For Me

This supplement made me feel ill so I gave it up after a few days and threw it away. I drank plenty of fluids to keep hydrated but felt lethargic and had stomach aches (prior to this I was absolutely fine on a healthy diet and training 3 times a week). I am dissapointed after reading the previously good reviews on here about this creatine so I suppose my experience shows that it ain't gonna work for everybody. Will stick to protein shakes in future.

If you're looking for a good quality monohydrate this is it.German Creapure branded creatine. Works well and exactly what you would expect for a creatine supplement.From personal experience Monohydrate is MUCH better than the more expensive Creatine ethyl ester so don't waste your money on CEE if you're looking for a simple creatine supplement.Taste: Standard really, little taste just a bit powdery when drunk in water.Effects: good Creatine gains, sometimes I felt a little sick after taking it though this was nothing major!
